Financial Statements in terms of Financial Analysis of a Selected Accounting Entity

This bachelor thesis aims to describe financial statements and assess their potential for further application. The first part pursues theoretical definition of respective financial statements. In the other part information included in the financial statements of a selected company are being evaluated. This evaluation was accomplished using particular indicators from the field of financial analysis. The goal of the thesis is to present financial statements as an important source of information and based on the performed analysis to assess financial health and efficiency of the company.Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popsat účetní výkazy a zhodnotit jejich možný potenciál pro další využití. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému vymezení jednotlivých účetních výkazů. Ve druhé části práce jsou hodnoceny informace obsažené v účetních závěrkách vybraného podniku. Toto hodnocení bylo provedeno pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Cílem práce je předložit účetní výkazy jako důležitý zdroj informací a na základě provedené analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví a výkonnost podniku
