Comparison of the electronic toll system in the Czech Republic with the USA

The main objective of this Master’s thesis is, in addition to the introduction of a legal regulation defining the insolvency proceeding in bankruptcy proceedings under Act No. 182/2006 Coll. On Bankruptcy and Methods of its Resolution, is also the presentation of a sample of corporate bankruptcies in terms of selected economic and non-economic factors. The examined sample is composed of 21 companies according to the size of their turnover, which were found in the database of insolvency proceedings between the 1st January 2008 and 1 September 2017. The main areas investigated include the time course of insolvency proceedings, the structure of creditors and their claims, the process of asset monetization and its methods, the degree of satisfaction of individual groups of creditors and the remuneration of the insolvency trustee. The results of this research are compared to the already conducted studies from the same field of expertise and at the same time the main factors influencing the success of the insolvency proceedings are analyzed.Cieľ predkladanej práce spočíva v analýze spoplatnenia motorových vozidiel v Českej republike, v USA, na Slovensku a v Rakúsku. Prvá kapitola predkladanej práce popisuje históriu mýtnych systémov. Ďalej opisuje spôsoby spoplatnenia používania podzemných komunikácií a v neposlednom rade aj elektronický výber poplatkov. V druhej kapitole sú popísané dôvody zavádzania mýtnych systémov. Tretia kapitola opisuje spoplatnenie motorových vozidiel v nami vybraných krajinách, a to konkrétne v Českej republike, v USA, na Slovensku a v Rakúsku.Cíl předkládané práce spočívá v analýze zpoplatnění motorových vozidel v České republice, v USA, na Slovensku a v Rakousku. První kapitola předkládané práce popisuje historii mýtných systémů. Dále popisuje způsoby zpoplatnění užívání podzemních komunikací a v neposlední řadě i elektronický výběr poplatků. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány důvody zavádění mýtných systémů. Třetí kapitola popisuje zpoplatnění motorových vozidel v námi vybraných zemích, a to konkrétně v České republice, v USA, na Slovensku a v Rakousku
