This diploma thesis deals with the purchasing behavior of Internet users, with main focus put on the sporting goods market. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate this purchasing behavior. The secondary goal is to compare the largest Czech e-shops with sporting goods. The research is composed of qualitative in-depth interview, quantitative questionnaire surveys methods and analysis of secondary sources, providing a view of the problems of the purchasing behavior from different perspectives. Based on the primary survey and analysis of secondary sources it identifies the online purchasing behavior in the sporting goods market.
