Legal protection of photographic work

This master’s thesis focuses on Czech copyright protection of photographic works. The author’s goal was to provide a comprehensive view of the legal issues in this area. Licensing issues, copyright on the Internet and collective administration of copyrights have also been described. The aim of this thesis was also to find out the attitude of photographers to this issue in practice.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá českou autorskoprávní ochranou u fotografických děl. Autorka měla za cíl poskytnout komplexní pohled na právní problematiku v této oblasti. Blíže popsány byly také otázky licencí, autorského práva na internetu a kolektivní správy. Cílem této práce bylo též zjistit postoj fotografů k této problematice v praxi
