Event Management and its Legal Aspects

The diploma thesis entitled "Event Management and its Legal Aspects" deals with the issue of regulation of event management with an emphasis on recreational sport events. The aim of the thesis is to identify the legal problems that the organizers of various events have to deal with, to answer the research question which contracts are concluded in the event management sector and to break down and evaluate these contracts. The first part of the thesis brings an overview of the basic concepts and the inclusion of event management. The second part deals with the legal aspects of the sector. The third part analyzes the contracts concluded in the context of a specific action that took place in the past and provides recommendations and suggestions for improvement.Diplomová práce s názvem "Event management a jeho právní aspekty" se zabývá problematikou regulace event managementu s důrazem na eventy sportovně-rekreační. Cílem práce je zjistit právní problémy, které musí řešit pořadatelé různých eventů, zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku jaké smlouvy jsou v odvětví event managementu uzavírány, dále tyto smlouvy rozebrat a zhodnotit. První část práce přináší přehled základních pojmů a zařazení event managementu. Druhá část se věnuje právním aspektům odvětví. Třetí část analyzuje smlouvy uzavřené v rámci konkrétní akce, která se konala v minulosti a přináší doporučení a náměty na zlepšení
