Legal aspects of EU-Mexico cooperation

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the legal aspects of EU-Mexico cooperation. The aim is to evaluate the agreements which has been reached between these two partners so far. Another focus of this thesis are the external relations of the EU - how deal with the third parties. This thesis is also concerned with the trade disputes between the EU and Mexico at the WTO.Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje právním aspektům spolupráce mezi Evropskou unií a Mexikem. Cílem je zhodnocení dosud uzavřených smluv mezi oběma partnery. Práce se také zabývá vnějšími vztahy Evropské unie - jakým způsobem jedná se třetími stranami. Další část práce se věnuje analýze obchodních sporů mezi Evropskou unií a Mexikem, vedených u WTO
