Implementation of a Quality Management System according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 in a selected company

The aim of this master’s thesis is to identify deficiencies of a quality management system in fulfilling the requirements of the revised ISO 9001 standard in a company Diebold Nixdorf s. r. o. and to propose solutions to meet the requirements and allow the company to apply for certification according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The introduction describes basic information about quality and its benefits for organizations. Then follows the description of the International Organization for Standardization approach to a quality through its standards. The solution is preceded by the analysis of how a company Diebold Nixdorf s. r. o. complies with the revised ISO 9001. The conclusions of the analysis show weakness in fulfilling the requirements on organizational context, risk-based thinking, the quality policy and control of organizational knowledge. Thereafter, there are proposed solutions for an elimination of mentioned shortcomings which implementation secure fulfilling the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard and a company Diebold Nixdorf s. r. o. can get necessary certification.Cílem této diplomové práce je odhalit nedostatky v systému managementu kvality společnosti Diebold Nixdorf s. r. o. při naplňování požadavků revidované normy ISO 9001 a navrhnout taková opatření, aby byly požadavky splněny a společnost se tak mohla ucházet o certifikaci podle ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. V úvodu jsou popsány základní informace o kvalitě a jejím přínosu pro organizaci. Dále navazuje představení přístupu Mezinárodní organizace pro standardizaci ke kvalitě prostřednictvím svých norem. Samotnému řešení předchází analýza toho, jak společnost Diebold Nixdorf s. r o. dodržuje revidovanou normu ISO 9001. Na základě analýzy jsou odhaleny slabé stránky v plnění požadavků na kontext organizace, zvažování rizik, politiku kvality a řízení znalostí organizace. Pro odstranění zmíněných nedostatků jsou navržená řešení, díky jejichž implementaci bude společnost Diebold Nixdorf s. r. o. schopna plnit požadavky stanovené normou ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 a získat tak potřebnou certifikaci
