Conversion of church of St. Philip and Jacob in Velešín and its significance for visitors and inhabitants

The bachelor thesis deals with the new use of the building of the former church of St. Philip and Jacob in Velešín. The aim of the thesis is to describe changes in the structure and to evaluate its importance for visitors and inhabitants of Velešín. The theoretical part deals with the history of the object, including its conversion, with the connection to the general principles of animation of sacral monuments. The practical part intersects with the theoretical: describes the result of the transformation of the church in terms of animation processes and the operation of the KIC contributing organization. The main topic of the practical part is a questionnaire survey among residents.Bakalářská práce se věnuje novému využití budovy bývalého kostela sv. Filipa a Jakuba ve Velešíně. Cílem práce je popsat proměny stavby a zhodnotit její význam pro návštěvníky a obyvatele Velešína. Teoretická část se zabývá historií objektu včetně jeho konverze s vazbou na obecné principy animace sakrálních památek. Praktická část se protíná s teoretickou v popisu výsledku přeměny kostela z hlediska animačních procesů a provozu příspěvkové organizace KIC, která v budově působí.
