This diploma thesis deals with an international expansion of a specific British company in the Czech market. The company is called Beyond Retro and sells vintage and upcycled secondhand clothing. Currently, the company is a leader on the British and Swedish market. The purpose of the thesis is to propose the most suitable market entry strategy of the company into the Czech market based on the internal and external analysis. The thesis is split into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides a basis for the practical part.
