Cultural tourism in the local destination Táborsko

This bachelor thesis deals with cultural tourism in the local destination Táborsko. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the management and organization of tourism in this destination. In the theoretical part there are delineated definitions of tourism, prerequisites for its development, tourism destination and destination management. In the analytical part, the thesis focuses on Táborsko itself, whose center is formed by the town Tábor, which is famous for its Hussite past. In this part the thesis focuses on the cultural attractiveness of Tábor and destination management, whose components are the promotion, products of tourism, provided services and networking. The last part of the thesis focuses on the destination attendance, interviews with important figures of tourism and recommendations for improving the management and organization of tourism in the destination.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kulturním turismem v lokální destinaci Táborsko. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat řízení a organizování turismu v této destinaci. V teoretické části jsou rozvedené definice turismu, předpokladů k jeho rozvoji, destinace turismu a destinačního managementu. V analytické části se práce zaměřuje už na samotné Táborsko, jehož přirozené středisko tvoří město Tábor proslavené svou husitskou minulostí. Zde se práce zaměřuje na kulturní atraktivity Táborska a řízení turismu, jehož složkami jsou i propagace, produkty turismu, poskytované služby a networking. Poslední části práce se zaměřují na návštěvnost destinace, rozhovory s aktéry turismu a doporučení pro zkvalitnění řízení a organizovaní turismu v destinaci
