The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose improvement of the communication strategy of the non-profit portal Dobrovolník.cz based on the research of the satisfaction of current portal users and the critical evaluation of the current communication strategy. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of non-profit organizations and marketing of non-profit organizations. In the practical part there is a description of the current communication strategy of the Dobrovolník.cz portal and the marketing research in the form of a questionnaire survey.
