Corporate Social Responsibility

This master thesis deals with the topic Corporate Social Responsibility and its main goal is to evaluate the activities and non-financial indicators of the three selected international companies in the employee pillar published in the CSR reports and suggest recommendations for improvement. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part includes the theoretical background of corporate social responsibility. In the second part, the CSR strategy and activities of each individual company (KPMG, PwC and ČSOB) are presented and the non-financial indicators are analysed. The third part includes evaluation of the companies from the best practice perspective, evaluation and comparison of activities and non-financial indicators and suggested recommendations.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti firem a jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit aktivity a nefinanční ukazatele tří vybraných mezinárodních společností v zaměstnaneckém pilíři vykazované v reportech CSR a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům společenské odpovědnosti. V navazující druhé části jsou představeny CSR strategie a aktivity jednotlivých firem (KPMG, PwC a ČSOB) a analyzovány nefinanční ukazatele. Třetí část obsahuje hodnocení společností z pohledu best practice, zhodnocení a srovnání aktivit a nefinančních ukazatelů a navržená doporučení
