The regional elections in Italy after 2010 - comparison of regions Lombardia, Lazio and Campania

Bakalářská práce se zabývá regionální politikou v Itálii. Cílem práce je nalézt určité propojení mezi charakteristikou regionu, typem politických stran v něm, chováním voličů a výsledkem regionálních voleb ve třech vybraných regionech Itálie. Především práce analyzuje vliv socioekonomických ukazatelů na výsledky voleb ve vybraných regionech. Konkrétně se pak práce snaží odpovědět na otázku, do jaké míry mají socioekonomické ukazatele vliv na výsledky voleb ve vybraných, zdánlivě podobných regionech. Nejprve je v práci zakotven pojem regionální politická strana, popsán vývoj regionálních italských volebních zákonů a popsány regiony samotné. Dále jsou analyzovány volební programy kandidátů na hejtmana ve vybraných regionech. V poslední části práce je kladen důraz na zhodnocení výsledků voleb, jejich komparaci na úrovni třech vybraných regionů a na závěrečný vztah zkoumaných ukazatelů s volebními výsledky.This bachelor thesis focuses on Italian regional politics. The aim of this thesis is to find connection between characteristic of the region, type of present political parties, voters' behaviour and election results in three chosen Italian regions. Primarly the work analyses the influence of socio-economic indicators on election results in those regions and their impact on electoral results in apparently similar regions. The first part of the thesis defines the term regional political party and describes evolution of the italian regional election law and regions themselves. The second part analyses election programmes of political candidates for the position of governor in particular regions. The last part of the thesis focuses on evaluating and comparing election results and the nature of their relations to the defined indicators in three chosen regions
