The topic of my thesis is the Marketing analysis of the selected company. The work is divided into two parts- the theoretical and the practical. Aim of theoretical part is to describe the environment of the company, and this PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and characterization of B2B markets. In the practical part I will deal with the description of the company, then the practical use of the mentioned analyzes.
