PPP projects in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with the partnership between the public and private sectors in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The paper describes the basic characteristics of the PPP project, their advantages and disadvantages and risks. The second part describes the environment for their establishment in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Furthermore, the experience with implementation of PPP projects in both countries was described. In the last part of the work is written a critical evaluation of the described projects.Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru v České republice a na Slovensku. V práci jsou popsány základní charakteristiky PPP projektu, jejich výhody a nevýhody a možná rizika. V druhé části je charakterizováno prostředí pro jejich vznik v České a Slovenské republice. Dále byly popsány zkušenosti s realizací PPP projektů v obou zemích. V poslední části práce je provedeno kritické zhodnocení popisovaných projektů
