This thesis analyses the sources of information, primarily the Internet sources, that are important for Czech companies intending to enter the French market. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are examinating the French business environment using the PEST analysis and whether or not France is a suitable partner for the Czech Republic and also how to enter the market. In the third and fourth chapter the thesis deals with the adaptation of the trade policy on the conditions of the French market, the surveys of French consumers, the possibilities of marketing communication and differences in behavior and perception of the role of the etiquette in France.
