Recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen company

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat proces náboru a výběru pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti působící na českém bankovním trhu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury, praktická na základě informací poskytnutých od personalistky dané společnosti. Teoretická část obecně popisuje problematiku náboru a výběru pracovníků. Praktická část tyto procesy analyzuje ve vybrané společnosti. Na závěr obsahuje hodnocení celého procesu a navrhuje změny na zlepšení efektivnosti činnosti.The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is analyzing recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen company operating in the banking sector. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on literature, the practical part on information provided by personnel officer in the company. The theoretical part describes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in general. The practical part analyses these processes of the chosen company. At the end the thesis includes evaluation of the whole process and suggests changes to improve the efficiency of activities
