Economic Aspects of the Mountain Rescue Services in the Czech Republic and Europe

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the economic aspects of the mountain rescue services, not only in the Czech Republic, based on the information received from specialized sources. In the theoretical part I defined a non-profit organization, as the most common legal entity on behalf of rescue services. I mentioned differences in the structure of these companies as well. In addition I have looked into the mission of the mountain rescue services, legislation and legal forms of representation in individual states. Due to limited scope of the work, I focused on the mountain service in the Czech Republic in more detail. The practical part is aimed at description of management of the Mountain rescue service of the Czech Republic from 2005 until present which is based on the information obtained from the annual reports and the internal sources of the company. Final part is dedicated to selected European mountain services and their shares of financial resources based on comparative analysis.Předmětem této práce je analýza ekonomických aspektů horských služeb, nejen v České republice, na základě získaných informací ze specializovaných zdrojů. V teoretické části jsem definovala neziskovou organizaci, jakožto nejčastější právnickou osobu v zastoupení záchranných organizací. Uvedená jsou také rozdílná členění těchto společností. Dále jsem se zabývala posláním záchranných horských služeb, legislativou a právními formami zastoupení v jednotlivých státech. Z důvodu omezeného rozsahu jsem se v práci detailněji zabývala Horskou službou v České republice. V praktické části je na základě informací, získaných z výročních zpráv a interních zdrojů společnosti, podrobně popsáno hospodaření Horské služby České republiky od roku 2005 až do současnosti. Následuje část věnována vybraným evropským horským službám a jejich podílům zdrojů ve financování podložené komparativní analýzou
