This bachelor thesis deals with the importance of managerial communication in the company. There are mainly stressed different forms of communication in the business environment, effective strategies of successful communication in the organization, crisis communication tactics, the most common barriers, conflicts and their overcoming. This work further focuses on the challenges and changes associated with the current trend of globalization, such as the differences in communication in multinational companies or the influence of technology.
