Specification of the international cooperation of museums and galleries

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the fundamental analysis of the international exchange of cultural goods. Furthermore, it introduces the European Culture Programme. This programme aims to promote international cooperation and alliance in the cultural field. It also includes analysis and recommendations for cultural organizations how to join this programme and use the opportunities (including financial opportunities),that this programme offers. The conclusion is devoted to summary of the types of international contracts that are concluded in culture, including the list of countries with which the Czech Republic these contracts already concluded.Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je základní analýza mezinárodní výměny kulturních statků s ohledem na zajištění jejich ochrany tak, aby byly zachovány pro budoucí generace. Dále pak představení evropského programu Culture, který se zaměřuje na podporu mezinárodní spolupráce a spojenectví v oblasti kultury včetně analýzy a formulace některých doporučení, jak se do tohoto programu Evropské unie zapojit a využívat veškerých možností (včetně finančních), které tento program nabízí. Závěr práce je věnován sumarizaci druhů mezinárodních smluv, které jsou v oblasti kultury uzavírány včetně uvedení výčtu zemí, se kterými má Česká republika tyto smlouvy již uzavřeny
