Outplacement

This thesis deals with the redundancy of employees and then providing outplacement services. The aim is to understand and analyze the services of outplacement provided by consulting organization Tres Consulting, Ltd. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background to the planning of human resources, the possibility of redundancy and subsequent assistance to redundant employees. The second part consists of research of EQUAL association focused on knowledge of the concept outplacement in Prague and Usti nad Labem. The third part of the thesis is an interview at Tres consulting company. Topics are continually commented and evaluated during this interview.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nadbytečnosti zaměstnanců a následného poskytování outplacementových služeb. Cílem je poznání a analýza služeb outplacementu poskytovaných konzultantskou organizací Tres consulting, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky k plánování lidských zdrojů, případnému vzniku nadbytečnosti a následné pomoci propuštěným zaměstnancům. Druhou část tvoří výzkum Společenství EQUAL ohledně znalosti pojmu outplacement v Praze a Ústí nad Labem. Provedený rozhovor ve společnosti Tres consulting tvoří třetí část diplomové práce. Jednotlivá témata jsou v rámci rozhovoru průběžně komentována a hodnocena
