Are there any possibilities of establishments of home for elderly in the Czech Republic in the year 2012?

The objective of this thesis is to point out the possibilities of establishing home for elderly private investors. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theoretical embedding of the pensioner's care is outlined under the terms of social policy and social services. The legal embedding and the financing of the home for elderly is also delineated. In the practical part of the thesis, the pensioners'stance to the use of home for elderly in the Pelhřimov district is investigated.Cílem této práce je poukázat na možnosti zřízení domovů pro seniory soukromými investory. V teoretické části je nastíněno teoretické zakotvení péče o seniory v rámci sociální politiky a sociálních služeb, dále právní zakotvení a financování domovů pro seniory.
