The aim of this thesis is to find out how consumers perceive the quality of food on the Czech market. The first part of the thesis introduces theoretical basis, such as legislation, quality marks, as well as consumer behavior, his research and the factors that influence him, and a purchasing decision making process. The second part presents the results of a questionnaire survey.Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak vnímají spotřebitelé kvalitu potravin na českém trhu.
