The subject of my Bachelor's Thesis is to determine if is possible to use theoretical knowledge of personal marketing in practice. For this purpose I analyzed the activities of department of personnel marketing, especially involvement in recruitment, in significant banking organization XY in Czech Republic. By using comparative methods and analysis I compare a view of literature on activities of personnel marketing and functioning of personnel marketing in practice. The result of analysis shows that the recommendations and principles mentioned in literature are applied in banking organization XY, correspond with the recommendation in professional publications.
