Communication on the labor market in Kazakhstan

The work is aimed at exploring the ways of communication at the labor market in Kazakhstan. The theoretical part includes basis and description of unemployment problem and its impact on psychological and sociological aspects of human's life. A separate subchapter contains basic information about the Republic of Kazakhstan. The practical part consists of an interview with an expert and the results of survey, conducted by the author. The conclusion summarizes gained knowledge and expresses opinion and suggestions of the author.Práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání způsobů komunikace na trhu práce v Kazachstánu. Teoretická část obsahuje základní východiska problematiky, nechybí popis problematiky nezaměstnanosti a její dopadů na psychologickou a sociologickou stránku života člověka. Samostatná podkapitola zohledňuje základní informace o Republice Kazachstán. Praktická část se skládá z rozhovoru s odborníkem a výsledků provedeného anketového šetření.
