This bachelor thesis analyses the travel agency CAPRO's offer. In the first part there are defined basic terms, which are connected with activities of travel agencies such as an operator of a travel agency, conditions for an issuing of a concession, roles of a travel agency etc. This section also describes a travel agency's product, its offer and distribution. In the second part is firstly introduced travel agency CAPRO and then follows detailed analysis of its offer, which is based on these criteria: the type of holiday package, lenght of stay, destination, season, price, type of transport, accommodation, boarding, exercise and instructor.
