Implementation of the management quality system in a selected organization

The goal of my Master's thesis is to evaluate which requirements of the certification standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and of the quality legislation the organization Alois Hynek meets. The other goal is to create a documentation which is required by the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and to suggest which steps need to be taken to meet all of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and legislation requirements. The Master's thesis is divided into two parts -- the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical part I define the term quality and I list approaches of management of quality and laws applicable in quality. In the practical part I mention basic information about the organization Alois Hynek -- its history, products and organizational structure -- and I analyze which requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and of legislation the organization meets and which areas have to be improved. In cases where the organization doesn't meet the requirements I suggest a solution. Documentation required by ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 is in the attachment of my Master's thesis.Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnotit, do jaké míry organizace Alois Hynek splňuje požadavky certifikační normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 a legislativy v oblasti kvality. Dalším cílem je příprava návrhů na odstranění případných nedostatků a vypracování dokumentace, kterou vyžaduje norma ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části uvádím definici jakosti, její pojetí, legislativu v oblasti kvality a přístupy managementu kvality. V praktické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o organizaci Alois Hynek -- o její historii, produktech a organizační struktuře -- a je provedena analýza toho, které požadavky normy a legislativy organizace splňuje a kde se vyskytují nedostatky. U každého bodu normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008, kde se vyskytly nedostatky, uvádím návrhy na odstranění těchto nedostatků. Dokumentace požadovaná normou ISO 9001:2008 je uvedena v příloze této práce
