Analysis of structure CSR activities of companies operating on the Czech market

The master thesis presents concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and examines the CSR activities of companies operating on the Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to analyses the engagement of companies operating on the Czech market into the concept CSR and find out possibilities of further development by non-profit-organizations. The thesis focuses on social bottom.Diplomová práce se věnuje představení konceptu CSR (Corporate Social Responisibility) a zkoumání aktivit CSR u firem působících na českém trhu. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza zapojení firem působících na českém trhu do podpory konceptu CSR a odhalení možného potenciálu především neziskových organizací pro další rozvoj. Zaměřuje se především na sociální oblast tohoto konceptu
