Regulation of accounting in France in comparison with the Czech republic

This thesis deals with a regulation of financial accounting and reporting. The first part explains methods of regulation, factors affecting the regulation and possible means of the regulation at the national and multinational level. The second part describes rules of law and other means of regulation of accounting in France and in the Czech republic. The last part compares the systems of regulation in both countries.Bakalářská práce se zabývá regulací finančního účetnictví a výkaznictví. První část vysvětluje způsoby regulace, faktory působící na regulaci a možné prostředky regulace na národní i nadnárodní úrovni. Druhá část rozebírá právní normy a ostatní prostředky regulace účetnictví v konkrétních zemích, a to ve Francii a v České republice. Druhá část dále popisuje závaznost mezinárodních účetních standardů pro tyto země. V poslední části jsou srovnány systémy regulace účetnictví ve Francii a v České republice
