The influence of Gothic art on tourism industry of Normandy

This bachelor thesis discourses about Gothic art in Normandy and its impact on tourism industry of that region. The first chapter describes the tourism of France, focusing on the region of Normandy. The second chapter is a description of Gothic art. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the Gothic monuments of Normandy, an analysis of offer of Czech travel agencies and travel agents and finally on the proposal of cognitive tour focused on the Gothic heritage of this region.Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o gotickém umění v Normandii a jeho vlivu na cestovní ruch tohoto regionu. První kapitola charakterizuje cestovní ruch Francie se zaměřením na region Normandie. Druhá kapitola popisuje gotiku jako umělecký směr. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu návštěvnosti jednotlivých gotických památkových objektů Normandie, analýzu nabídky českých cestovních agentur a kanceláří a navržení trasy poznávacího zájezdu se zaměřením na gotické dědictví tohoto regionu
