Bachelor thesis is aimed at the travel agency AXIA, concretely at its functions, activity, sevices, offer, competition (the travel agency Slan Tour, the travel agency Kellner and the travel agency Mayer&Crocus) and last but not least at its promotion. The first part is theoretical, where all the basic and important terms are defined. While the second part is based on the practical aspect and the most important subject of this part is a supply analysis of the tours and packages of the travel agency AXIA.
