This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of body image in marketing concentrating on the image of woman body in advertising. The aim of this thesis is to analyse advertising in three chosen magazines -- Svět ženy (The World of A Woman), Žena a život (A Woman and Life) and ELLE. The thesis should result in findings which types of women are mostly presented in these magazines. The theoretic part is focusing on explaining the term of body image in marketing. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first one is focusing on the MML project.
