The aim of this thesis was a realization of marketing research of the restaurant Thanh Long. The attention was payed to the theory of marketing research and the characterization of ethnic gastronomy. On the basis of satisfaction analysis were made improvement suggestions.Cílem práce byla realizace marketingového výzkumu restaurace Thanh Long. Pozornost byla věnována teorii marketingového výzkumu a charakteristice etnické gastronomie. Na základě dotazníkového šetření byla zjištěna spokojenost se službami restaurace Thanh Long a byly navrženy návrhy na zlepšení
