This bachelor thesis is dealing with utilization of web 2.0 in commercial organizations. The aim of the thesis is to describe possible utilization and appraise practical application in particular organization. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis explains the web 2.0 theory and it's most frequent solutions with emphasis on the commercial area.
