Financial and statistical analysis of success of chosen companies

This thesis refers to an assessment of the stability of two comparable companies. Statistical methods bring out reasons for different process in this companies. Chosen statistical methods include analysis of time series and ratio analysis. These two methods are based on separating of ratios into components and analysing them. The end of the thesis informs about stability of compenies and offers a solution in case of financial collapse.Práce posuzuje finanční stabilitu dvou srovnatelných společností a následně zdůvodňuje příčiny jejich odlišného vývoje pomocí statistických metod. Zvolenými statistickými metodami je analýza časových řad a indexní analýza, které vyjadřují vliv a průběh jednotlivých složek sledovaných ukazatelů. V závěru je zhodnocena celková situace obou společností a navrhnuta řešení
