Mortgage crisis

Work is focused on the causes, running and consequences of mortgage crisis in the U.S., it consists of three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the description of the general and specific components of American mortgage market. Examines the elements and processes associated with mortgage loans. The aim of this chapter is to understand the principle on which the mortgage market in the U.S. stands, fixing mortgage industry to the financial system and an explanation of assumptions that in the future caused that crisis. The second chapter describes the key events both before the crisis, which had big influence on its creation, and the second event of the crisis itself. The third chapter informs about the consequences of the crisis, especially about the activities rescuing the financial world and find people who are responsible for the damage.Práce zaměřená na příčiny vzniku, průběh a následky hypoteční krize v USA, se skládá ze tří základních kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na popis obecného a specifického pro Ameriku hypotečního trhu. Rozebírá prvky a procesy souvisejicí s hypotékou. Cílem této kapitoly je pochopení principu na kterých hypoteční trh v USA stojí, zasazení hypoteční oblasti do celého finančního systému a vysvětlení předpokladů, které v budoucnu vyvolaly krizovou situaci. Druhá kapitola jednak popisuje klíčové události před krizí, které měly veliký vliv na její vznik, a jednak události krize samotné. Třetí kapitola informuje o následcích krize, zejména o činnostech záchrany finanční sféry a o hledání osob odpovědných za vzniklé škody
