Analysis of impacts of regulation on the mobile telecomunication market in the Czech republic

Liberalization of the electronic communications is one of the most important processes in the last few years. For control of electronic communications was defined The New Regulatory Framework across all countries in the European Union. This work tries to present the impacts of mobile telecommunication regalution. This dissertation is especially focused for situation in the Czech Republic through history and classification of telecommunication services, development of legal regulations of telecommunication in 20th and 21st century and the explanation of mobile operators situation in the Czech Republic.Téma této diplomové práce je zaměřeno na oblast telekomunikací, především na trh mobilních operátorů v České republice. Vývoj trhu mobilních operátorů v ČR po vstupu do Evropské Unie podléhá v oblasti rozhodování telekomunikační politice EU. Jako v ostatních politikách je zde vyzdvihována snaha o jednotnou politiku a jednotnou správu. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy trhu mobilních operátorů v České republice poukázat a vyhodnotit efekty, které jsou způsobovány regulací či deregulací tohoto sektoru služeb. Analýza zahrne studium a vyhodnocení údajů, získaných z dostupné literatury, o vývoji trhu mobilních operátorů a to od počátku poskytování mobilních služeb v ČR. Pro vyhodnocení budou použity poznatky o chování účastníků trhu služeb s důrazem na deregulační procesy v oblasti telekomunikačních služeb
