The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the equity of Vodafone Czech Republic, a. s. For the purpose of the valuation I elaborated a strategic analysis focused on the analysis of external (economy, industry branch) and internal (competitive position, market share) potential. Strategic analysis is supplemented by financial analysis to analyze the financial health and strength of the company (horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, ratio analysis and competitive comparison).
