The aim of the thesis is to make a proposal for improvement of particular parts of the marketing mix for the czech company Kovosvit. The fisrt part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of industrial marketing and marketing mix. In the second chapter you will find Kovosvit MAS,a.s. description and analysis of its current marketing strategy for designated markets. The third chapter describes enterpreneurial environment on russian and ukraininan markets. Next part is devoted to the segmentation of producers and the analysis of three main competitors of Kovosvit, their strenghts and weaknesses in comparison to the latter.
