Job analysis in an engineerig company

The thesis deals with two ways how to create information base for the human resource management, represented mainly by a job desctription. There will be described a job analysis, which is officially taken as a fundamental action to efectively conduct all human resource management activities. Second approach described in the text is a model inspired by a procedure of making a job description in practice of an engineering company. The two aproaches are compared and strengths and weaknesses of each of them are mentioned. At the end there are given conclusions concerned about the practical use of both of the approaces.Práce se věnuje dvěma přístupům jak vytvořit informační základnu pro personální řízení, reprezentovanou zejména popisem pracovních pozic. Za metodickou část to je analýza práce, jejíž provedení a následný výstup je využíván jako základ personálních činností. Proti analýze práce je postaven model inspirovaný postupem při tvorbě popisů pracovních funkcí v praxi strojírenského podniku. Model a analýza práce jsou srovnány, uvedeny jejich silné a slabé stránky v různých ohledech a vyvozeny závěry vzhledem k jejich využitelnosti v praxi
