Analysis of Retail Network and Shopping Behaviour in the city of Melnik

The thesis deals with the analysis of shopping behaviour of customers of the Potraviny Dvorak store in the city of Melnik. It is surveyed the structure of customers, circumstances or periodicity of their purchase. Based on criticism of customers against this store there is formulated some recomendation. The first chapter introduces current trends in shopping behaviour in the Czech Republic and touches the topic of price sensitivity. The second chapter surveys retail network in Melnik with an emphasis on the surveyed Potraviny Dvorak store. Third chapter focuses on the analysis of customers of the surveyed store.Práce se zabývá analýzou nákupního chování zákazníků prodejny Potraviny Dvořák ve městě Mělník. Je zkoumána struktura nakupujících, souvislost či pravidelnost jejich nákupu. Dále jsou na základě výhrad zákazníků vůči této prodejně formulována určitá doporučení. První kapitola pojednává o současných trendech v nákupním chování v České republice a dotýká se tématu cenové citlivosti. Druhá kapitola mapuje obchodní vybavenost Mělníka a pozornost je též věnována prodejně Potraviny Dvořák. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotnou analýzou zákazníků zkoumané prodejny
