Labour market and Unemployment in the region of Vysočina

The topic of this bachelor work "Labour market and Unemployment in the region of Vysočina", contains a detailed analysis of the labour market and unemployment as it applies to the Vysočina region. This region reached an appreciative measure of unemployment which was below the average for the Czech Republic before the start of the current economic crisis. The first part of my work covers the basic theoretical concepts of the labour market. It then explains the aspects of unemployment which are connected with economic, social and psychological impacts. The second part includes a profile of the Vysočina region focusing on the basic characteristics of land as it is oriented toward the labour market and strategy documentation. The empirical part comes from primary research. Respondents completed questionnaires concerning their opinion of the situation of the labour market after the start of the economy crisis.Bakalářská práce na téma "Trh práce a nezaměstnanost v kraji Vysočina" obsahuje detailní analýzu trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti aplikovanou na kraj Vysočina. Před počátkem hospodářské krize tento kraj dosahoval příznivé míry nezaměstnanosti, která se pohybovala pod celostátním průměrem. První část práce je věnována základním teoretickým pojmům trhu práce. Dále objasňuje aspekty související s nezaměstnaností a její ekonomické, sociální a psychologické dopady. Druhá část obsahuje profil kraje Vysočina, který se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku území, která ovlivňuje především situaci na trhu práce, tato část se také věnuje strategickým dokumentům kraje Vysočina. Empirická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které je koncipováno především z hlediska vnímání této krize lidmi a jejími dopady na zaměstnanost
