Cílem práce je posoudit finanční stabilitu podniku v letech 2003 až 2007. Období, kdy firma procházela řadou dynamických změn. Vstup ČR do EU. Plánovaná fůze v roce 2006. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první částí je popsám metodologický aparát. V druhé části je tento aparát aplikován na v praxi.The aim of this work is to assess the financial stability of the company from 2003 to 2007.
