This bachelor thesis is concerned with sphere of human resources management, concretely it is focusing on employee motivation and staff stabilization in an organization providing fast food. Theory describes the two mentioned notions. Further it explains individual motivation conceptions, work motivation, undesirable motivation, motivation system in a company and work contentment. The practical part presents situation of the real organization occurring on the czech labour market. Within the investigated case of the real firm the motivation system of the company, the methods of job evaluation and the system of norms are analysed.
