The employee care

This bachelor thesis focuses in the theoretical part on various types of labour conditions. The occupational safety and hygiene, the employee development and education are defined in the next chapters. One of the chapters deals with in the modern question of the environmental care. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a much more space for the question of the employee appraisal, their motivation and control of wages -- monetary, nonmonetary and within the scope of regulatory requirements. At the beginning of the operative part, the small company MagicWare s.r.o., engaged in creation of the software applications, is introduced. The theoretical knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to this company in the next chapters. In other chapters there is assessed the employee care right in this firm. The practical part is concluded by a recommendation to the company how to improve the strategy of employee care.Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá popisem pracovních podmínek vhodných pro zaměstnance. Další částí je bezpečnost práce a ochrana zdraví při práci, vzdělání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Jedna z kapitol je i péče o životní prostředí, která je v současné době "moderní". V závěru teoretické práce dostala větší prostor otázka hodnocení a motivace zaměstnanců a jejich odměňování, jak peněžní, tak nepeněžní, v rámci zákonných požadavků a podmínek i nad ně. V praktické části je nejprve představena malá společnost MagicWare s.r.o., zabývající se tvorbou různých softwarových aplikací. V dalších kapitolách jsou na tuto společnost aplikovány poznatky získané z teoretické části. Na základě dotazníkového šetření a také s pomocí interview s majitelem firmy a s vedoucím realizačního oddělení je v jednotlivých kapitolách hodnocena péče o zaměstnance právě v tomto podniku. Praktická část je zakončena doporučením ke zlepšení strategie péče o zaměstnance
