Life insurance and pension reforme

This paper focuses on the analysis of the Czech pension system identifying reasons for its financial non-sustainability. These reasons are outlined in the chapter on the demographic situation. Further chapters analyse the pension reform and its follow-up stages which are needed for the system to be functional. Substantial space is devoted to life insurance, individual types of insurance and the analysis of the current situation on the market which is soon going to be affected by the current pension reform. The last part of the Bachelor's paper deals with supplementary pension schemes whose role on the Czech market is very important as they ensure additional income in the post-active age. It is the second phase of the pension reform in particular which will have a significant impact on supplementary pension schemes.Tato práce se zabývá rozborem českého důchodového systému, hledáním důvodů jeho finanční neudržitelnosti, které nastiňuji v části práce pojednávající o demografické situaci. V dalších kapitolách rozebírám znění penzijní reformy a její další etapy, které jsou nutné pro další funkčnost systému. Značný rozsah věnuji životnímu pojištění, jednotlivým druhům pojištění a analýze současné situace na trhu, která bude v blízké době značně ovlivněna právě probíhající penzijní reformou. Poslední část bakalářské práce pojednává o penzijním připojištění, které má na českém trhu důležité místo v souvislosti se zajištěním si dodatečných příjmů v post-aktivním věku.
