The analysis of Bond Insurance on the Czech insurance market

The subject of this bachelor thesis "The analysis of Bond Insurance on the Czech insurance market" is an analysis of the product which does not have a long tradition on the Czech insurance market. The first part deals with general characteristics of Bond Insurance -- legislation, explains the principle of Bond Insurance, characteristics of this insurance product and difference from the bank guarantee. The second part describes the types of Bond Insurance and more analyses of Travel Bond Insurance. The third part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of Bond Insurance on the Czech insurance market, covering in particular the development of Bond Insurance in the Czech Republic for the period of its existence and description of insurers offering this insurance.Předmětem bakalářské práce "Analýza pojištění záruk na českém pojistném trhu" je rozbor tohoto produktu, který na českém pojistném trhu nemá příliš dlouhou tradici. První část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou pojištění záruky -- právní úpravou, vysvětluje princip pojištění záruky, charakteristické znaky tohoto pojištění a odlišnosti od bankovní záruky. Druhá část popisuje druhy pojištění záruk a detailněji analyzuje pojištění záruky pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře. Třetí část bakalářské práce se věnuje analýze pojištění záruk na českém pojistném trhu, zabývá se především vývojem pojištění záruk v České republice za dobu jeho existence a zmapováním pojistitelů nabízejících toto pojištění
