The Economics of Sport Organizations

This Bachelor thesis aims on analysis of Prague football club Bohemians 1905. This organizaton went through bankrptcy proceeding in 2005. With the help of own fans the club was saved. The thesis contains financial analysis of the years 2006 and 2007, it also includes analysis of strenghts and weakneses, which could influence Bohemians in the future.Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu sportovní organizace konkrétně fotbalového klubu Bohemians 1905. Popisuje události roku 2005, kdy si klub prošel konkurzním řízením. Bohemians se naštěstí podařilo zachránit i s pomocí fanoušků, kteří vstoupili z vlastních prostředků do klubu jako jeho investoří. Součástí práce je finanční analýza hospodaření klubu v letech 2006 a 2007. Práce navíc obsahuje SWOT analýzu faktorů, které by mohly ovlivnit budoucnost Bohemians
