Personal data protection in Czech e-shops

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of law requirement related to personal data protection. The goal of the thesis is to summarize the law requirement the Czech e-shops have to respect. In the second part there is the analysis of the e-shops. The goal of the analysis is to provide the reader with a real view on Czech e-market.Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu zákonných požadavků s oblasti ochrany osobních údajů. Jejím cílem je shrnutí zákonných požadavků na české internetové obchody a v druhé části analýza jednotlivých obchodů. Smyslem analýzy je poskytnout obraz českého trhu e-obchodů
