Influence of sport on working abilities of managers and their employees

Aim of this thesis is to find out the subjective feeling of sport to working abilities of managers and their employees and also to propose conception for companies for using of employee's benefits. The thesis follows the definitions of personality and its structure, definition of manager (how the manager should be), definition of stress, burnout and also the influence of sport on mental and health of individuals. The research of this thesis is aimed for finding of subjective feeling of influence of sport on working abilities of managers and their employees and also businessmen. The aim is to find out if people, who do sports activites, feel any changes in their job performance and mental condition from short and long term point of view. The results are detailed according to the job positions and find out some specific attributes of these job positions. Another aim of this research is to find out if employers, who motivate their employees to the sport activities by sport benefits, subjectively feel any changes at working abilities of their employees.Cílem této práce je zjistit subjektivní vnímání vlivu sportu na pracovní schopnosti vedoucích pracovníků a jejich podřízených a navrhnout společnostem koncepci pro využití firemních výhod. Práce se věnuje pojmům osobnosti a její struktuře, definici manažera, jaký by měl vlastně manažer být, dále otázkou stresu, syndromu vyhoření a také definici sportu a vlivu sportu na psychiku a zdraví jedince. Výzkum práce je zaměřen na zjišťování subjektivního vnímání vlivu sportu na pracovní schopnosti u vedoucích pracovníků, jejich podřízených a podnikatelů. Cílem je zjistit, jestli sportující lidé vnímají nějaké změny ve svých pracovních výkonech a v psychice všeobecně, a to z krátkodobého i dlouhodobého hlediska. Tyto výsledky dále rozpracovat podle jednotlivých pracovních pozic s poukazem na určité specifické rysy dané skupiny. Dále je předmětem zkoumání, jestli případné změny subjektivně vnímají i zaměstnavatelé, kteří již své zaměstnance ke sportovní činnosti motivují, např. firemními výhodami
